When does a company start to fail, when does a company start to succeed?

A company starts to fail when:
Inequality reigns.
Injustice exists.
Internal disharmony.
No communication between people.
Disrespect for each other.
No process in operation.
No rules in behavior.
Discipline.
Those "disadvantages" drag the entire system down from the company, products, personnel, core values, etc.
The market is always thirsty for quality products, the market does not lack money, the market only lacks reasons to spend money. No one wants to spend money on something that makes them upset or drags them down.
So real competition is not about price, about operating costs, not about using wood to heat the house,... real competition is about the system, about the people in it, any organization or company that helps users not feel the above "bugs" then that organization or company will start to succeed.
Companies that compete on price are degrading themselves, or degrading a certain part. For example, operating a company is like operating a car, if a car runs with only 3 wheels, how will that car run, or reduce the value of the whole car, causing the car to break down quickly and run slowly, how far can that car run?
So in the end, we only focus on the system, on the people in it, not the market, not the customers, not the competitors or anything else that determines the success of an organization or company, but completely from within the business itself: the system and the people.
A company starts to succeed by doing the opposite of the above "un" things.
