The way to do business successfully is nothing but thinking about the users. Simply because no one wants to spend money to make others comfortable, while they themselves do not.

Thinking about others is already difficult, thinking about many users at the same time is even more difficult. Therefore, the way to succeed is nothing but the organization of that company. For example, a company with 10 people, to be profitable, all 10 people must know how to think about 100 customers. On the contrary, if those 10 people only think about less than one customer, then the company will certainly suffer heavy losses.

A successful organization must certainly be created by people who know how to think about others. If there is an organization that looks successful but is full of people who do not know how to put the interests of others first, then that organization is either illegal, or short-lived, or on the decline.

Thinking about others is difficult, but thinking about yourself is easy. If a company has 10 people, and all 10 choose the easy way of thinking only for themselves, then the users will have to receive 10 of those "difficult" parts. The result is that no one wants to use that company's products or services anymore.

Multiplying, for example, a country has 10 companies, and no company thinks for the users, the result is that no one uses anyone's products or services, the result is that salaries are getting lower and lower, work is getting more and more, being forced to think for others even though actual capacity is not achieved, eventually leading to inflation, rising consumer prices, unemployment,...

That is not a vision but completely reality, happening in daily life. Money can be created but no one knows how to create value, the result is that money has no value because basically the people who create it do not create any value.
