Qualities needed for an entrepreneur
Article
Sep 28, 2025

An entrepreneur is someone who sees the needs of the market and knows how to create products and services to meet those needs. So what are the important qualities that make a true entrepreneur?
1. Clear and long-term vision
Entrepreneurs do not only look at the immediate future or short-term benefits. They have the ability to "erase blind spots", look far and wide as if observing a panoramic map: knowing which path is the shortest, safest, most economical, and especially brings benefits not only to themselves but also to the community and the environment.
2. Knowledge, experience and learning ability
To shape and follow the right path, entrepreneurs need to have extensive knowledge, practical experience and always be ready to learn. They plan clearly, determine the destination, know when to move forward, when to take a break, and persevere step by step to complete the journey.
3. Ability to connect and create ecosystems
A good entrepreneur does not go alone. They know how to connect with other entrepreneurs, design and perfect a development “map” in a smart and convenient way, thereby promoting sustainable development for the community and society.
4. What is missing is not a true entrepreneur
If they only pursue immediate benefits, take shortcuts, and ignore the benefits of the community, that entrepreneur will create a distorted “map”. They may be successful in the short term, but inside is a faulty design - and in the long run, that path is unlikely to bring good results for themselves and society.
